Firstly I can't quite believe it's been two months since my last post. Since that post I'm now back to a little bit of running. I am on the mend. I'm also starting the season under a new coach - exciting.
It seems right to start a new blog. As journey to Kona isn't appropriate anymore. Getting back to Ironman Hawaii remains a goal, but will not be going back this year, due to qualification and lack of money!!
